Child Care Service
We will provide temporary child care service room at Bangkoku Shinryokan.
Only OKINAWA COLLOIDS 2019 participants will be eligible for the temporary child care service.
If you would like to use the service, please apply as below.
About child care, Executive Committee of Okinawa Colloids 2019 and Division of Colloid and Surface Chemistry of the Chemical Society of Japan
will not bear responsibility by virtue of contract in between parents/guardians and child care service agent.

Qualification of service
To qualified for this service, you must be parents/guardians of healthy child between 3 months to 12 years old.
Child Care Facility・Date
Due to security issues, we will only inform approved child care applicants of location of the child care service.
・November 4th (Mon), 5th (Tue), 6th (Wed), 7th (Thu), 8th (Fri) 2019

Liability Insurance
Again, Executive Committee of Okinawa Colloids 2019 and Division of Colloid and Surface Chemistry of the Chemical Society of Japan will not bear responsibility.
TRP Japan Co., World Kids (Child Care Service Agent) carry liability insurance for an emergency.
Things parents/guardians need to provide
・Participation Certificate ID
・(2 or 3) sets of clothes
・(2) Towels
・Favorite a blanket or toys
・Meals, Snacks, Drinks
～For infants～
・Diapers and Wipes
・Formula, Battles, Hot water
・Pacifier
・Bibs
** We can feed your child only what you provide on that day. We will only provide additional water and tea.
Other Important points
・Please refrain from bringing any valuables.
・As a matter of principle, we will not give medical care or treatment including medications.
・Children with a fever over 99.5F or other illness should not be brought to the child care service.
・Children who appear sick during care will not be admitted for care that day.
・Children who exhibit the before mentioned symptoms after coming to child care service will need to be picked up by the parents/guardians as soon as possible.
Parents/guardians will still be notified if pick-up is necessary.
・All information you provide will be kept confidential.
・Liability insurance does not cover damage or injury caused by children.
・The child welfare have right to make a decision if there is no agreement in between patients and child care service agent.
