Payment of registration fees should be completed online using a credit card. A Visa, Master, JCB, Amex, or Diners card can be used for the online payment. Please note that a 2.9% processing fee is applied for payment by Visa and Master, and a 3.4% is applied for JCB, Amex, and Diners. Credit card payments will be processed through Robot Payment Inc.
If you need to use other payment methods, please contact the organizing committee (regist@okinawacolloids.jp).

Members of The Division of Colloid and Surface Chemistry (DCSC), The Chemical Society of Japan (CSJ), can register with member prices. Please choose “DCSC Member” for your registration fee and provide your DCSC membership number at registration. If a registrant fails to specify their membership number, the organizing committee will ask the registrant to validate their membership.
Members of partner organizations can also register with discount prices. Please refer to the lists below for partner organizations. If you are a member of CSJ, please provide your CSJ membership number at registration.

Please note that after the payment is completed, you will not be able to amend your registration data and registration fees. Cancellation of the registration should be done by e-mail to regist@okinawacolloids.jp.

Full refunds will be given for cancellations received by 31 August, 2019. No refund will be issued for cancellations received after 1 September, 2019. If registrants need cancel their registration, notification should be sent in writing to regist@okinawacolloids.jp.

The organizing committee reserves the right to cancel all or part of the conference, or to publish all of the abstracts on the Internet as a substitute for the conference, in the case of inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances by which the safety of attendees can be threatened or the venue is closed or not accessible. In these cases, no refund will be issued for registration fees and the organizing committee shall not be liable to refund fees or for any other penalty.

Traveling with sufficient time allowance is the sole responsibility of the participants. If a registrant fails to attend the conference or appear at his/her talk on time due to a transportation delay or cancellation, the organizing committee shall not be liable and no refund will be issued for the registration fees.

The accepted presentations will be cancelled if the presenters’ registrations have not been made by the designated deadline.
