About okinawa colloids 2026

The Division of Colloid and Interface Chemistry of the Chemical Society of Japan, established in 1976, will celebrate its 50th anniversary in 2026. To mark this milestone, the Division will host a commemorative international conference at the Bankoku Shinryokan in Nago City, Okinawa. With the support of related academic societies and associations in Japan and abroad, we are preparing for this event to become a truly international gathering of researchers in the field. The venue, offering a panoramic view of the brilliant blue “Churaumi” sea, provides an exceptional setting for participants to engage in discussions on the latest research developments in colloid and interface science. We look forward to welcoming you to the 50th Anniversary International Conference of the Division—Okinawa Colloids 2026.
